Beginner - friendly Zen meditation
in small 3 - 5 minute practices,
led by Shifu Wang Bo.
This meditation class follows the traditional Zen
meditation tradition and is specially designed
for beginners and anyone who feels meditation is “too hard.”
Instead of forcing the mind to stay still for a long time,
we break the session into smaller steps.
Each meditation practice lasts 3 - 5 minutes,
and throughout the hour we will explore
a series of short meditations, breathing exercises,
and mindfulness training.
This structure makes it easier to stay focused,
reduce stress, and experience calm -
one small moment at a time
