Opening Our Heart Through the Chakras: A Venus Inspired Class about the Chakras

Venus was in a 40 day period of shadow/retrograde and just went direct September 3rd. What does that mean for us? A dark night of the heart? No! We have an energetically aligned opportunity to consciously heal how we choose to relate to our creative energy and our passions and actively decide how we want to express them going forward. The flow of the class will support our healing in these areas as well as learn about, and experience, each chakra with more depth.

You may be thinking, "Great! ...but there are, at least, 7 major chakras."

True, and our chakras partner with one another in regulating our energy system.

Together we'll study, clear, and help heal the chakras in this order:

Week 1) Sacral and Throat ( The Sacral chakra is where my Guides are leading me to know is the important starting point.)

Week 2) Root, and legs, and Earth Point

Week 3) Solar Plexus and Heart- 9/18

Week 4) Third Eye, Crown and Star Point- 10/2

To help us begin to work through some of our shadow issues and heal into our truth, in each class there'll be dedicated time for: learning about and experiencing each chakra and how they can help us heal into greater love, guided journaling on shadow issues that may be informing our choices, chakra healing and/or activations, a 1 on 1 partner activity, and a ritual to release that which we no longer need. After class, you'll also receive a link for the activities and information that we do in the group so that you can use them again ans again.
