This group has grown through the years with the loving guidance of concerned members, but has not met on a regular basis. Recently we have found a new location where we can gather monthly to network, connect and share our ideas, going down the rabbit hole together. Topics vary each month and we are always looking for new ideas to explore if you have something you want to explore. We hope you will join us. You are welcome to bring business cards, flyers, or brochures to share your services and upcoming events.

This month we will be exploring 'Trace Dance' a form of ancient meditation, we will explore a few postures. Some call this Ecstatic Body Postures meet your animal totem, ask your guides how best to get better, amazing work can be done. Or just come because it is interesting and fun to explore, helps build new neuro pathways in the brain, very healthy.

Wear comfy cloths and bring a blanket and pillow some of the postures will bring us to lay on the floor.
