Michael Plettner: Special user adoption needs for enterprise voice (PSTN telephony with Teams)
In this Adoption related session, I will give you insides what’s necessary to achieve a successful rollout for telephony with Teams. I will talk about devices, user training and special needs for voice deployments.

Matti Paukkonen: What is the current story with Teams templates
Team template capabilities on Microsoft Teams client and Teams admin center were released generally available during autumn. Templating have been already available on Microsoft Graph API for a couple of years and templates have been used on customized solutions utilizing for example Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions. In this session I will go though what is the current status of native features and roadmap ahead in Teams clients and Teams admin center and capabilities available on Microsoft Graph for custom solutions with some key learnings from the field.
