Adaptive Teaming: The Future of Work in a Hybrid Context

These last few years have been truly extraordinary times. This session will focus on the shifting role work in the context of a hybrid world which has threatened to deplete one of our most important and relevant resources—our social capital. Perhaps more than ever, how we are connected is essential for determining performance, innovation, and how we influence. Based on years of organizational network research, and a comprehensive three-year analysis, this session will share network patterns and emerging practices for facilitating performance and innovation in a teaming environment.

Please join us for lunch in the Method Charlotte office. We're in the Charlotte Plaza building on the 8th floor (Panera on the ground floor). Take the escalator to the second floor and use the elevator bank to the 8th floor.

Lunch: We'll have a rolling lunch starting at 11:30 am.
