Looking for a fun way to connect with your partner and meet other couples? Couples Who Read - Metro Detroit is a book club for spouses and dating partners who read the same book each month, then meet to chat, laugh, and share perspectives with other local couples.

We’ll explore a mix of genres and gather at local spots around Metro Detroit. Perfect for couples who want meaningful conversation, new friends, and a cozy bookish date night vibe.

Let’s kick off the new year with a great book and some pizza! Our first read is Ken Follett’s Circle of Days.

If you’re a couple interested in joining, grab a copy and read it before our meetup. Then on Jan. 16, meet us at Mother Handsome in Oak Park at 7 p.m. for dinner, conversation, and a fun discussion of the book.

Bring your book, your appetite, and money for food and drinks.
