Private Beach BBQ and Offspring

Starting at noon, guests may arrive at my house to hang out for a while until we start to BBQ at my private beach, on the grill I installed as Handy Man Jim. (I’ve done everything else there too, Bobby knows).
Playground, volleyball, swimming, and I’ll have my own SUPs and kayaks available. You can’t enter the park without me, but I’ll keep my phone on me for those who arrive after 2PM.

The motivation for this last-minute BBQ is that I just discovered that I had purchased Offspring/Jimmy Eat World tickets for Pine Knob SOOOOOOO long ago and forgot that time moves forward relentlessly. I have three lawn tickets to sell for this sold-out show for cover price, or best offer. If no one wants to go for full price, I’ll raffle them off in a fun way. I refuse to eat three tickets and go alone. (I was badly burned my last few shows)

Rather than feel sorry for myself, I reverse-engineered my “colossal dilemma” into a last-minute event where I offer every possible amenity to essentially bribe my friends into attending a concert featuring two of the greatest bands in our generation. No pity here, I’d rather be clever than lucky enough to still have concert friends like the good old days.
