As a partner and co-leader of Aprio’s Northeast Real Estate division, Jim provides his clients with a wide-range of real estate services, such as taxation, formation, restructuring and acquisitions, as well as helping clients with like kind exchanges and solving complex issues. He also provides business, consulting and tax planning services.

With more than 36 years of experience working at Big Four, medium and small CPA firms, his technical proficiency and research-based approach helps him devise innovative solutions to complicated situations and give comprehensive tax and business advice to business owners.

Jim earned his Master of Science in Taxation at Seton Hall University in New Jersey and Bachelor’s in Accounting at Pace University in New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is also currently the Treasurer/BOD in the Mental Health Association in Passaic County and the Treasurer/BOD of Letip International of Paramus.
