Stephen Chatto

Stephen's real estate story started in 2000 with a 3-unit house hack, fueled by late-night infomercial dreams and a burning desire to escape the W-2 J.O.B.

After years of juggling rentals and a full-time job, he finally took the leap in 2012 into full-time real estate entrepreneurship, diving into wholesaling to create income while building his buy-and-hold portfolio.

Since then, Stephen has focused on using private capital to acquire cash-flowing rental properties, combining the hustle of wholesaling with the patience of long-term wealth building.

He runs the SJREIA (South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association) wholesaling subgroup and hosts Chat with Chatto, a YouTube channel dedicated to helping landlords and investors keep it simple while building real, sustainable cash flow.
