Looking for friends to run and train with or just to try to get back into shape? This meetup is for you. We will be following the Sun Run program. This week is run 3 mins and walk 1 mins, 9 time. Sounds easy right? So come join us, while it is easy, it will get harder once week 5 starts.

Afterwards we will go and have coffee or lunch for those who want to chat.

We will still run if it is light rain. If raining we will run underneath skytrain to keep dry.

Meet us at Renfrew Skytrain Station. If early just grab a coffee at the Tim Hortons right next to skytrain.
