Round and Round v2.0

Details

The circus (or at least a travelling amusement park) has come to town again and it's stopping in Tsawwassen at the end of March! If you love dynamic, long exposure images, neon lights and the smell of mini-donuts then this event is for you!

We will meet just before sunset and shoot through the blue hour, capturing bright, neon fuelled long exposure shots and fun crowd movement images like the ones you can find here!

Step 1: RSVP the event
Step 2: There is no event fee for this particular event; however, if you have RSVP'd and can not attend the day of the event, you are asked to contact the organizer ASAP so the group is not waiting for you to arrive. If you are a "no-show", without contacting the organizer, you will be given a warning; multiple no-shows without contact will result in your expulsion from the group. Permanently.

REMINDERS:

  1. Make sure you bring extra batteries and memory cards
  2. If your battery dies or you run out of memory space, the event will not be stopped to accommodate your situation. Be prepared!
  3. Bring a camera trigger for long exposure images, along with a tripod of course!
  4. This is a RAIN or SHINE event! If you are concerned about your gear getting wet (if the forecast calls for rain) you may want to bring an umbrella, just in case.
