    FAQs:
Can I join even if I'm not a member of any club?
Yes! Unaffiliated wrestlers are welcome. PLEASE NOTE: Our club dual meets are designed for beginner/novice wrestlers, many who have never competed before or haven't competed in years. Brackets will be created based on experience levels as well as weight class.
I don't want to wrestle, but I do want to come to the social. Can I?
Absolutely. We get it: even if you enjoy our wrestling practices, competing is a whole other ballgame. If you don't want to wrestle, you are still more than welcome to come to our social afterwards!
What do I need to wear to compete?
All wrestlers will be required to wear either a singlet (preferred) or compression gear. If you don't have either, a t-shirt tucked into shorts will be accepted. WRESTLING SHOES ARE REQUIRED. We have very limited spare shoes, please bring your own if possible. Head gear, mouth guards, knee sleeves, etc. are permitted but not required. Please also observe good hygiene practices: trim your nails, wear deoderant, etc.
I don't want to compete, but I do want to spectate or volunteer. Can I?
Yes! Our room isn't big, but we will have space set aside for folks who want to watch some of the matches. If you are willing to volunteer, please also indicate that on the RSVP form! You don't need to have any prior wrestling experience to be a volunteer.
    I am under 18. Can I compete?
Unfortunately, our club duals are only for adults 18+. Check out Beat the Streets DC for any upcoming opportunities to compete off-season!

Please Note: This is event is being put on by District Wrestling. You will need to register and direct any questions to them!
