Metropolitan Walkers is part of the Ramblers, Britain's walking charity. All welcome for 3 'taster' walks, after which please join the Ramblers - info on the Met Walkers website
Fryent Country Park covers 103 hectares of traditional Middlesex countryside hidden within the suburbia of North West London. It consists of rolling fields and woodland and we will be walking through both. Optional: Pub stop at the end.

- Start Point: Kingsbury Station (Zone 4) - see meeting point below
- Finish Point: Preston Road station (Zone 4)
- Distance: 4.8 km 3.0 miles
- Terrain: Urban, parkland
- Grading: Leisurely - sometimes at a fast pace
