Metropolitan Walkers is part of the Ramblers, Britain's walking charity. All welcome for 3 'taster' walks, after which please join the Ramblers - info on the Met Walkers website

We will explore a rarely visited part of the Chilterns with remote beautiful countryside and few houses.

Later in the day we will pass the beautiful Turville home of the Vicar of Dibley before ending in a pub in Piddington . There will be a 10 mins bus ride into High Wycombe and the Mad Squirrel Ale and Pizza to follow.

This walk has 900m ascent and lots of solitude with fantastic woodland and rolling hills.

Please bring a packed lunch and a torch although we will aim to finish before it gets dark.

Travel: Please take the 9:37 train from London Marylebone arriving at 10:21 at Saunderton.

Buy return to Saunderton

Grading: Strenuous.
For an explanation of the gradings, please see the FAQ - please consider both the length and grade when choosing a walk.
