Details
Metropolitan Walkers is part of the Ramblers, Britain's walking charity. All welcome for 3 'taster' walks, after which please join the Ramblers - info on the Met Walkers website
A slightly gentler variation of the Long Man Mountain Fitness walk - though still a fairly fast paced, strenuous walk - so not suitable for people who haven't walked with us before.
Starting from Berwick, we'll walk towards Wilmington - with great views of the Long Man - passing by a 1600 year old yew tree, before heading into Alfriston for lunch (bring a packed lunch). After lunch we'll follow the South Downs Way to Cuckmere Haven, and then over the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head, and on into Eastbourne.
