Seven Sisters and The Tiger (18 miles/Strenuous)

Brisk hilly walk over chalky clifftop, beach and field paths, bring packed lunch, afternoon pub or café stop, pub at end of walk. Optional low tide beach scramble to secluded sands with view of the Beachy Head Lighthouse.
