Starting at Holmwood Station, the route takes in Leith Hill, Pastures Wood, Holmbury Hill, Hurtwood, and Friday Street before finishing in Dorking. Walk is hilly and undulating
There are no facilities at Holmwood station so please use ones on train if available.
Please bring a packed lunch.
Terrain: woods, hills and fields.
Travel: Take 9:41 from London Victoria (9:48 Clapham Junction) arriving in Holmwood at 10:47.
Alternatively: Take 9:25 from London Bridge (change at Epsom, arr. 10:09, dep. 10:24), arr. Holmwood 10:47.
Buy a Return to Holmwood. This will cover the return journey back from Dorking.
Grading: Moderate.
