This scenic Wadhurst walk explores the beautiful High Weald countryside, passing through rolling farmland, wooded valleys and the open waters of Bewl Water. The route offers a varied mix of woodland tracks, lakeside paths and open country, with some gentle undulations along the way.
Please bring packed lunch. Pub stop at the end of the walk.
Travel: Take 9:45 from London Charing Cross (09:48 London Waterloo East, 09:54 London Bridge) arr. Wadhurst 10:50. Buy return to Wadhurst.
Grading: Moderate.
