A walk along the Beverley Brook along the designated trail as it winds its way from New Malden through several green spaces towards the Thames. Along the way the trail passes through Beaverly Meads and Fishponds Local Nature Reserve, Wimbledon Common, Richmond Park, Palewell Park, Barnes Common, Old Barnes Cemetery and Putney Common where it meets the Thames. We will then walk into Putney itself to finish at a riverside pub near to Putney Bridge.

There will be a lunch stop in Roehampton Gate Cafe in Richmond Park - however, as there may be queues, please bring packed lunch.

Travel: Take 10:27 from London Waterloo (10.36 Clapham Junction), arr. New Malden 10.49.

Alternatively catch 10.36 from London Waterloo (10.45 Clapham Junction), arr. New Malden 10.58.
