Schuylkill River Series: Pottstown-Royersford

Join us for this point to point hike, the next in our Schuylkill series, between Pottsville and Royersford.
After meeting at Royersford, we will shuttle with as few vehicles as possible to the start.
We'll start by following a small creek greenway, then a bit of Schuylkill River Trail, but we must deviate from it because the 422 crossing is not yet open.
We'll use parallel roads on the opposite side of the river including another couple of parks and a cemetery to get to the next bit of the trail.
We'll continue along the trail, but deviate a couple of times to check out different side trails. We will be doing the Sanatoga Preserve as well as Independence Park Trail, then the Royersford Trestle to the end.
