Washington DC 911 Trail Hike

Join us for this second point to point hike of the weekend, this time covering the second of the two 911 Memorial Trail routes from DC into Maryland!
After meeting, we'll shuttle with as few cars as possible, or maybe take the train, to our start point near the capital. We'll hike the Capital Mall, then head north along the trolley trail route, cut east through a grassy linear park, followed by Anacostia River Greenway to our end point!
Distance will be about 15 miles and easy terrain.
