We start with a reading at 7:00, Meditation from 7:10-7:40 followed by discussion on basic teachings including lovingkindness, insight practice, body-based meditation, cultivating wisdom, skillful living, the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path, all leading to a peaceful mind and gentle heart. Drawing from the works of Ajahn Chah, Ajahn Sucitto, Ajahn Sumedho, Joseph Goldstein,Jack Kornfield, Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh and other beloved teachers. Usually 8 to 10 people attend each week. You are welcome to "drop in" (no reservation needed). There is no fee. Donations are welcome.
