Dress for Success Worcester serves women across 82 cities and towns in Worcester and Middlesex Counties. While many people know the organization for providing professional clothing, its work goes much further — helping women prepare for interviews, improve their résumés, build professional wardrobes after they’re hired, and connect with an ongoing network of support.

Martha will take us behind the scenes and share why Dress for Success is selective about the donations it accepts, stories of women whose confidence has been transformed, and how something as simple as the way we donate clothing can feel very different when viewed from the recipient’s perspective.
