Participants will learn how Ayurveda views health holistically and how simple adjustments in daily routines can enhance vitality. Activities: * Introduction to the history and philosophy of Ayurveda. * Overview of Ayurveda’s core concepts, including the five elements and the three doshas (without exploring personal doshas). * Explanation of Ayurveda’s six tastes and how they influence health. * Tasting herbs to understand their properties and benefits. * Practical tips for integrating Ayurvedic principles into daily routines, such as morning rituals and seasonal habits.
