This is our very first meeting, and it will be held in a warm, casual setting to get to know one another and begin shaping the vision for our community.

5:00 PM – 5:20 PM | Welcome & Introductions

• Quick greetings around the circle
• Share your name, why you joined the community, one thing you’d like to see from this club.

5:20 PM – 5:40 PM | Group Overview & Purpose

• Why this group was created
• Values: Culture, Community, Growth, Solidarity
• What to expect from weekly meetings and events
• Time for questions and discussion

5:40 PM – 6:20 PM | History Series Kickoff

• Introduction to our upcoming cultural history series
• Tonight’s Topic: TBA
• Led by [TBA]
• Open discussion encouraged

6:20 PM – 7:20 PM | Language Exchange Hour

• We’ll pair up based on language proficiency
• Half the time in English, half in Spanish
• Casual conversations guided by topic cards or prompts
• Rotate partners halfway through

7:20 PM – 8:00 PM | Event Brainstorm & Planning Session

• Discuss ideas for our first big community event
• Break into small working groups: Food, Activities, Outreach, Logistics
• Set achievable short-term goals
• Identify volunteers to lead or co-lead efforts
• Decide on the theme and date for the first event
