### SATURDAY MORNING MEETING OUTLINE

Date: Every Saturday
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: [Park or Home Location, depending on weather. You will receive the location once you RSVP]
Theme: Comida, Comunidad, y Conexión

Schedule:
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Potluck-Style Brunch

• Bring a dish to share—sweet or savory.
• Bring beverages to share.
• Coffee, tea, and drinks provided.
• Check in at the sign-in table and grab a name tag.

9:30 AM – 10:15 AM | Lotería for a Cause

• $5 per board (buy as many as you want)
• Winner takes a portion of the pot
• Remainder goes to the club treasury for event funding and community support
• Small prizes for 2nd/3rd place
• Eat food while playing.

10:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Community Dreaming & Action Planning

• What would you like to see in our local community?
• What support do you need in life, work, or family?
• What would you like to create with this group?
• Group mapping of short-term and long-term ideas
• Begin forming committees or small working groups (Business Support, Arts & Culture, Youth Programs, Sport Leagues, etc.)
• Set next steps, meeting themes, or action items.

Closing:

• Recap of goals and plans
• Invite to next Wednesday’s gathering
• Thank everyone for showing up and building with us
