Hi guys thanks for your support in this meet up, this time I would like to molecular Mexican cuisine!!!!!, I want to make something different and hope you guys like it this time the menu of this time will be

-Oaxaca Chesse spheres injected with basil oil

-Tamales of carnitas with Oaxaca chesse foam

-pork ribs in green sauce

-Surprise dessert

This time I want to make Mexican cuisine with new techniques, I gonna live some pictures to have one idea how it will be, the price will be ¥3000, and only have place for 6 persons so hope you can over this time!!,
