What we’re about

Mix Fit Socials is a mix of fitness & social groups for active and adventurous people that enjoy the outdoors, enjoy nurturing their physical fitness and enjoying the social banter with like minded people.

Free to join activities such as challenging hikes, scenic hikes, social running, walks, cycling, gravel bike trails, mountain biking and adventure sports. Where time and location permits a group lunch & drinks after a long hike or walk is always well received.

The advanced hikes are ideal for serious runners that want to transition into trail running. We do enjoy the scenery, but we often like to go fast and stop at the top to enjoy the view before running back down again! Hiking events will have some kind of fitness focus to them and will be marked Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced to give a good idea of the pace and difficulty level. We have serious trail runner members that run 100 km for fun.

If there's enough interest I'll add the occasional overnight hike or camping trip.
