Hike: Noojee Trestle Bridge Loop / 12km Grade 3 / 425m ascent

The Noojee Trestle bridge has re-opened to the public and is the tallest surviving wooden trestle bridge in Victoria.

This easy grade 3 hike follows the rail trail before crossing the bridge. We'll explore this trail before doubling back to walk a loop connected by some road sections and trails that brings us back to the carpark at the start.

After the hike, there's an optional stop at the Noojee Hotel.

What to bring

• hiking shoes/boots
• at least 2 litres of water
• snacks
• jackets/layers if needed
• rain jacket if needed
• sun screen/glasses/hat
