Sunrise Trail Walk at Hidden Valley Park

Start your day with fresh air and good company. Join us for a pre-work walk at Hidden Valley Park Trail, a scenic 3.2-mile dirt path loop and the only five-star rated trail in Kansas City according to AllTrails.

We'll be hitting the trail no later than 6:00 AM, so please plan to arrive by 5:45 AM to get ready. If you show up at 6, you're already late.

Park and meet at Hidden Valley Park on the north side of NE Russell Rd across the street from the trailhead.

We will do intros and start walking by 0600 because we have a hard stop before 0800 for workday/school!

Bring water, bug spray, comfortable walking shoes, and a friendly attitude. Let's enjoy the quiet of the morning, stretch our legs, and start the day off right.
