Sunrise Walk at Charles A Garney Park

Start your day with fresh air and good company! Join us for a sunrise walk at Charles A. Garney Park. We'll meet at 7:00 AM in the Heartland Men’s Health parking lot, located across from Mulberry Lake, for brief introductions before hitting the trail.

Our walk will be approximately 2.7 miles on a mix of gravel and natural tread paths, with gentle elevation changes and a combination of shaded and open grassy areas. It’s a peaceful way to wake up with nature, move your body, and connect with others in the community.

All are welcome. Bring water, bug spray, comfortable shoes, and a little morning curiosity!
