Midday Labor Day Walk at Roanoke Park

Join us for a refreshing walk through the scenic trails of Roanoke Park, a peaceful green space in the heart of Kansas City.

We’ll meet at 11:00 AM near the Roanoke Community Center parking lot for brief intros before heading out. The walk follows a 1.9 miles out and back route, with a mix of shaded paths, natural terrain, and gentle elevation. It’s perfect for a light midday outing.

This is a relaxed, social walk open to all fitness levels. It’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors, get moving, and connect with others in the community.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times.

What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, and anything else you need to enjoy the trail.
