Telescope Astronomy 101

So SANTA brought you a BRAND NEW telescope for Christmas but you're not sure how to use it?
On Tuesday, Jan 26 2026, the MHAA will be hosting a Telescope Astronomy 101 event where you can learn about telescopes of all types, how to use them, and how to maintain them. Feel free to bring in your own telescope to learn from others (or share your own tips!).
This is a great opportunity for astronomy enthusiasts of all levels from beginner to expert to learn about the latest stuff out there!
Prior to the presentation MHAA will conduct a club business meeting, which will start at 7:30 PM. The talk will start at 8:00 PM, but anyone who wishes to join the business meeting is welcomed.
