We’re excited to announce the launch of the **Workday Community** in Romania, starting with the very first **Workday Community Talks**, powered by MHP Romania, on **October 9th in Bucharest.**

This initiative marks the beginning of a vibrant, collaborative space where Workday professionals can connect, share knowledge, and explore innovation together.

Since January 2018, she serves as **Senior Director of Professional Services and Workday Branch Leader in Poland**. She is responsible for building a new delivery center in Poland, scaling the team of consultants who implement projects globally, mainly for the EMEA and North American regions. As the Branch Leader in Poland, she ensures the best experience for all employees in Poland. She actively works on initiatives to improve operational excellence, launch new services (**Data Transformation Services**), and enhance client experiences (**Journeys for Launch Express Deployments**).
 
Previously, from March 2013 to January 2018, she was the **IT Manager at Crowe Horwath Poland**. She managed the IT Department with a team of 44 employees (infrastructure, maintenance, projects). She initiated, successfully developed, and implemented a cloud application for 30,000 users. She led the migration of financial data from SAP to IFS for 190 companies within a year, and the migration of HR and payroll data from SAP to other ERP systems for 57 companies within a year. She also implemented and maintained ISO27001 standards and business continuity processes.
 
She is a graduate of the **University of Warsaw** (Master's degree in Economics, 2000). She also completed an **MBA for IT** at the **Kozminski Academy** (2014-2016), graduating at the top of her class. Currently (since 2024), she is continuing her postgraduate studies in finance.
 
She holds numerous certifications, including **ISO27001 leading auditor**, **Prince2 Foundation**, **ITIL Foundation**, and **Accounting Basics**. She has also completed training in team management and the "**KBC Academy**" program for leaders.
