Rain cancels!

Come join us for meditation and yoga at Big Break Regional Shoreline. We'll meditate and practice our yoga on the pier. The walk out to the pier takes about 10 minutes (please read the location details below). It's such a beautiful way to start the day.

Again this month, here will be an optional naturalist event from 11AM to 12 Noon, directly following our yoga. This month, in honor of Black History Month, the topic will be Black History Month:Untold Stories. You will need to register (it's free) on EPRPs website.
Use this link: https://apm.activecommunities.com/ebparks/Activity_Search, type in Big Break. Scroll down to Feb 12 and select Black History Month:Untold Stories. There is a blue button to the right that says More (2). Select 11AM and complete your registration.

Wear comfortable clothes (think layers, it's winter). Bring a yoga mat (and a beach towel to go under your mat) and any drinks or snacks you might want for afterwards.

Group norms.

  • Be respectful of others at all times.

  • Please be silent during meditation, so others can focus.

  • No hikers left behind.

  • Dress appropriately.

  • Bring water for sure, and snacks if you'd like.

  • As with all activities, you do so at your own risk. Listen to your body and do what is right for you.

  • Please edit RSVPs by 12noon on the day proceeding our event. Often there is a waiting list, and if you respond at the last moment there is no time to contact others.

I hope to see you there,
Debbie Cabusas

The event is free and donations are gladly accepted.
