Hike Island Lake Yellow trail

Details
Hey, sorry for this last minute post but I wasn’t sure on my work schedule for this weekend. I am hiking the yellow trail at Island Lake. The plan is to meet at the trailhead parking lot at 1 pm and start hiking at 1:15 pm. With the temperature going to be in the low 90's this will not be a workout hike but it could be a fast pace hike at about 20 minutes per mile. At that pace we should be done hiking in around 2 hours. As always. Dress for the weather. Bring extra water. See you on the trails.
Meeting location:
We'll meet in the MTB parking lot
What to bring:
Bring water to drink and hiking poles if you have them
This is a Fitness Hike; the pace is a little over 20 minutes per mile, which includes elevation changes and a variety of uneven terrain. Our expectation is for the entire group to maintain the leader's pace, and remain together for the duration of the hike.
Important to know:
Locations of these workout hikes are in Michigan State Parks/Recreation Areas or Metro Parks, that require daily or annual passes. Passes can be obtained from park headquarters or toll booths at park entrances.
