Wednesday Hike at Huron Meadows Metropark

We'll be hiking New Year's Eve Wednesday at Huron Meadows Metropark in Brighton. Meet at the Sunset Ridge Picnic Shelter parking lot, which is on the same road that would take you to the golf course. Please arrive early as we will be starting promptly at 11 am. We'll hike for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at about a 2.5 - 3 mph pace depending on trail conditions. The indoor bathroom at Sunset Ridge is usually open even in the winter. PLEASE BRING TRACTION DEVICES FOR YOUR BOOTS AS TRAILS COULD BE SLICK, SLIPPERY AND ICY!!

Locations of these workout hikes are in Michigan State Parks/Recreation Areas or Metro Parks, that require daily or annual passes. Passes can be obtained from park headquarters or toll booths at park entrances.
