Pal’entine’s Party

• Let’s celebrate Friendship & Love!
  Annex building is reserved for us and there will be wood outside for a bonfire

We will hike, eat, drink, dance, play games, laugh, have a good time, and do whatever else we want to do for an entire afternoon.
Feel free to come and stay for as little or as long as you want/can.

We will have 2 hiking start times
Hike 1 - 1.30 pm: Approx 5-mile Hike with option to turn back to the Annex after 1.5 miles at the bridge
Hike 2 - 4pm: Same as above, 5-mile Hike with shorter 1.5-mile option turn back at the bridge
HIke 3 - We might do a night hike around the Marsh (1 mile loop)

Bring a dish to pass and your preferred beverage (alcoholic or non)
Annex has electricity, you may need an extension cord to plug your crockpot

II’ll bring a chocolate fountain for dipping… if you want to bring fruit or any other food items that pair with melted chocolate, please do

Dress for the weather, bring your headlamp, traction devices and/or hiking poles, bring board games if you have any or any other fun activity

Please bring your own REUSABLE eating utensils.
We will have some bottled water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa & reusable plates + eating utensils in case you forget, but won’t be enough for everyone

Release of Liability:
The organizers of the Michigan Adventurers Club are volunteers and not professional guides. The function of the organizer is only to organize this event. Each person who signs up for and participates in an event is responsible for his or her own safety and the safety of his or her guests.
By signing up for and participating in this event, or any other Michigan Adventurers Club event you are acknowledging that you are aware and have made your guests aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards associated with this activity and freely accept all such risks, dangers, and hazards, and fully assume responsibility for your own safety, and further agree to release and discharge the organizers of this event from and against any and all liability arising from your and your guest’s participation in the group activities.
