Tuesday Evening Hike - Penosha Trail at Brighton Recreation Area

This hike will take the place of this week's usual hump day hike. We'll hike the Penosha Trail at Brighton State Recreation Area. Let's meet at 6:15 pm in the main parking lot at Bishop Lake and begin hiking promptly at 6:30 pm. We will hike 5-6 miles loop trail at a pace of 2.5 to 3 miles per hour (20 mins per mile) for approximately 2 hours. Please bring a headlamp, and traction devices for your boots.

Locations of these workout hikes are in Michigan State Parks/Recreation Areas or Metro Parks, that require daily or annual passes. Passes can be obtained from park headquarters or toll booths at park entrances.
