Welcome to **Ciclos Wellness** — a mind–body experience where **movement, music, and mindfulness** meet under the Miami sky.
Join us for an evening designed to **recharge your energy**, **connect with your body**, and **build community** through sound, flow, and intention.
We’ll begin the evening with a **30-minute welcome reception**, where you’ll be greeted with **a complimentary cold brew** by **HUELLA Coffee** to boost your energy and elevate your mood. Take this time to mingle, set your intention, and meet other attendees as the music and atmosphere start to build.
Then dive into a **1-hour Pilates DJ class** led by **Alex Anderson**, a Barry’s Miami coach known for his energetic, body-mind-soul sessions. You’ll move and flow to **Afro and Melodic House rhythms** curated live by **DJ duo Solune**, consciously connecting your breath and movement with the beat.
Following the class, we’ll move into a **45-minute networking and recovery session** featuring:
