Miami Capoeira Music Meetup Group

FREE weekly workshop on Sundays at 6pm in North Miami where we explore the instruments and songs of Afro Brazilian Capoeira (all are welcome).
The sessions are taught by Instructor Cantador and Akuma both of whom have over 12 years of capoeira experience. No prior expertise needed. You simply need a desire to move, sing, learn and grow! If drum circles are your vibe with an Afro Brazilian cultural twist, then this space is for you.
We practice the instruments, sing songs and explore the history together while making new friends in the process. The teachers are affiliated with academies however these sessions are non-affiliated and are created to encourage togetherness around live music and culture. It's that simple.
