Looking for crew / fellow sailors for day and overnight (Sands Key, Bahamas,etc). every other weekend day sails are scheduled - next sail is January 24th
The boat is a well Founded Tayana 52; ocean going vessel. you don't need to do much, just enjoy sailing!
additionally I’m in the early stages of planning a round-the-world voyage, starting with the 2027 pacific puddle jump and am looking to meet, sail locally, and build a strong, trusted crew ahead of that journey.
What I’m looking for:
This will be a round the world trip; with many "Legs" for you to join with 20 or more boats going together.
Essentially through the Caribbean, the panama Canal, Galapagos, and out into the western Pacific (Tonga, Nue,, et)
There are a few "Right types of people

1. "Good fun, adventurous / ocean loving people with a great attitude, but limited experience - limited experience is OK...
2. Individual sailors or an established team5+ years of solid sailing experience (monohull experience is best) Confident with offshore sailing, watch systems, and passagemaking, Positive attitude, good communication, safety-first mindset.
   Comfortable committing time to local sailing and shakedown trips before longer passages.
3. People somewhere in between - have a great attitiude nad some sailing experience .
   The plan:Start with local and regional sailing out of Miami, Build chemistry, routines, and trust on the water.
   Form a crew with the goal of an extended global circumnavigation
