Join us for an immersive experience blending conscious dance, breath work, and somatic healing practices. Through this engaging session, you’ll explore the transformative power of somatic movement to rhythm, guided by Soffea. Experience the benefits of enhanced physical and emotional well-being, tuning into the language of the body and playfully finding your way to presence and joy.

Open to all ages and physical abilities. This event offers a safe and inclusive judgement-free zone, where everyone can explore, connect, and discover their own unique way to move.
