Dhyana’s Leyton is a yoga journey began in 2000 when she attended her first yoga class at the Sports Club LA in Los Angeles, California. It was love at first “downward dog,” and she expresses heartfelt gratitude for how yoga helped fuel and restore her at a time when her body was latent with imbalances while undergoing vigorous triathlon training. Moving back to Houston in 2005, she found inspiration in the Pralaya Yoga System founded by Robert Boustany. With his encouragement, Dhyana certified after her advanced teacher training, and her yoga career took off teaching at five different 24 Hours Fitness locations and the Texas Rock Gym.
Dhyana has worked at 2 Lifetime Fitness Locals, The West University Recreation Center, Rice University, YogaOne, and she is currently at FIT Athletic Club and The River Oaks Country Club. Dhyana is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT, NASM Personal Trainer, ACE Aquatic Exercise certified, Zumba certified and she teaches a variety of group exercise classes including, Pilates, barre, dance, water aerobics, abs/core conditioning, strength training, HIIT, and foam rolling. She also has worked doing muscle therapy, stretching, yoga and wellness programs in companies like Mitsubishi and places like Fisher Island.
Maria Gilabert, passionate about the brain and the development of human potential. Professor at various universities and companies internationally, writer and speaker. She gives conferences, courses, workshops and Team Building activities both face-to-face and online for the development of leaders and teams.
She studied Psychology, Neuroscience, Coaching, Advertising, Marketing, PR and HR. After several years in different Human Resources areas of companies such as Deloitte, Massimo Dutti and consulting and Headhunting companies, she founded Bevalue in 2013 and did coaching to executives and atletes, as Didac Lee, Barça Director, or Erika Villacéija, elite swimmer who was classifcate for 4 olimpic games. Currently already present in the US, Europe and Latin America, with headquarters in Barcelona and Miami.
