⏳ About speakers:

Priscilla Parodi
My experience and studies in Information Technology started as a child with my first certificate in the field. Since then I have never stopped learning! During my career, I worked in a variety of roles, including project management, solutions architecture and developer relations. Leading and managing from projects to communities. Today I am the voice of Elastic for the Americas, interacting with our users, understanding their needs and planning and managing content and programs that generate a better experience and increase user engagement.

Chad Metcalf
Over a decade of experience in early-stage developer tools has instilled a passion for empowering developers, simplifying complexity, and delivering exceptional results to partners and customers. As Head of Strategy and Alliances at Daytona, I shorten the "developer commute" by innovating and simplifying the time and effort required to set up and maintain the software development environment. A diverse background across software, infrastructure, sales engineering, strategy, and leadership enables me to balance business goals with developer needs. I enjoy telling "better together" stories and forging strategic partnerships with companies that share our vision of transforming software development. I also advise and invest in startups that are building scalable businesses through open-source, cloud, and enterprise strategies.

Allan Tito
Allan co-founded Grammerhub in 2020 and serves as Executive Director; a South Florida-based nonprofit with the mission of supporting people in diverse communities with non-traditional tech backgrounds to land their first job in the Tech industry - Success stories include 'Grammers' getting jobs with companies such as Amazon and American Express. He is also the Founder of Suitable, an innovative startup launched in 2023 with a focus on the US job market for emerging tech talent. He has over 15 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience and is part of the Miami Tech Talent Coalition, engaging over 125 local business, academic, and support partners to address the local tech talent pipeline. Apart from being involved in various tech ventures, Allan works with nonprofits supporting Veterans and their families and currently serves as Chapter Lead for TeamRWB enriching the lives of America's Veterans by connecting them with their communities through physical and social activity.

Mike Elsmore
Mike has been causing chaos on the internet for more than a decade. He’s been around to see a lot happen (and sometimes help it along). He loves building and learning in the open and sharing what he gains along the way. Currently, he's a developer advocate working with the SDKs at Infobip.
