🌅 Sunset Run + Yoga Flow — This Wednesday!
Meet us at the north end of Delray Beach, right in front of the sailboats ⛵️
We’ll kick off with a **3-mile beach run (there will also be a be a beach walk option)**🏃‍♀️🏖️ to fire up your body, then cool down with a yoga flow 🧘‍♀️ under the setting sun 🌞
Breathe deep, move freely, and vibe out with like-minded souls ✨🌊
