TEN BEFORE TEN - 🔒 in with us Tuesday mornings every week starting Tuesday August 5th @emilysgardenus & @on_theruncoffee_bar for a sunrise 10k (or whatever you’re feeling 😀)

6:15 meet at Esplanade Park | 6:30 run | 7:45 social with 15% off the entire menu opening early just for us! 🏃‍♂️☕️
