Event Description:
Join me for a rejuvenating 60 minute flow as the sun begins to set on the beach! Open to all! Just bring a mat, water, smile, and your friends!
We will be on the beach behind the actual El Prado Park!
PS sometimes people prefer to use a larger blanket or towel when doing yoga on the beach or even placing their mat on the towel!
