Event Description:
Join us every Monday at 7 PM for a fun and fast speed workout at the Flamingo Park track on South Beach! We start with our warm up jog, speed technique drills, then the workout, which is different each night and has options for speed or distance and lasts about 25:00. Then we finish with our "Club Core" set-to-music core workout and stretch session. And it's free! Meet us at the start/finish line of the track, free parking on 12th Street or in the pool lot on 11th street. Have fun and make new friends! 💪🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌴 The track is on Alton Road between 11th and 12th streets.
