William “Bill” Manzie is the Administrative Director of Telehealth Strategy at Memorial Healthcare System (https://www.mhs.net/), where he is responsible for implementing and maintaining all telehealth services at Memorial Health, including non-emergency treatments, remote patient monitoring for cardiac patients, ER patient stroke evaluation and treatment through smart devices, virtual pediatric dermatology consults, and home health monitoring. Bill is also one of 13 members of the Florida Telehealth Advisory Council (http://www.ahca.myflorida.com/SCHS/telehealth/), a government mandated group that is tasked with making recommendations that will increase the use and accessibility of services provided via telehealth.
Wolf Shlagman

Wolf Shlagman is the CEO of CareAngel (https://careangel.com/), a Chief Angel Serial Entrepreneur, and a creative technologist. Wolf previously served as CEO and Founder of Consult A Doctor, a next generation telehealth company, sold to Kleiner Perkins backed group in 2013. Wolf has 20 years experience in developing disruptive technology-based enterprise platforms and consumer solutions.
Daniel Silberman

Daniel Silberman is CEO of Mediconecta (http://mediconecta.com/), where he has paved the way in the telehealth space with a strong focus on the Spanish speaking world. Mediconecta’s unique multinational operation spans six countries and serves payors, health systems and D2C partners with a combined reach of over 2 million lives. At Mediconecta, Mr. Silberman has championed novel and innovative approaches to foster telehealth adoption and utilization such as Telco/Finance partnerships, POC tele diagnostic solutions and cross-border telehealth initiatives. Mr. Silberman holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
